1.Application

The machine is used for stranding 19-cores copper/aluminum wire/Al-alloy.

①、19 cores coil type pay off(bobbin type pay-off)

The pay-off pneumatic type swing head,with straightener unit,basket pay-off has wire break detection protection.

3.Capstan device of high-speed conductor stranding equipment

An innovative design for the capstan device of high-speed conductor stranding equipment utilizes independent inclined conductor pulleys, four-groove capstan pulleys, and five-groove capstan pulleys for routing. The inclined conductor pulleys feature arc grooves to ensure smooth conductor movement. The capstan pulley grooves utilize V-shaped grooves, with the conductor supporting contact at two points. This ensures conductor roundness while enabling stable, high-speed transmission and precise metering accuracy. This innovation has earned one authorized invention patent.

4.Pulling device for high-speed conductor stranding equipment

An innovative design for the traction device of high-speed conductor stranding equipment utilizes independent inclined conductor pulleys, four-groove capstan pulleys, and five-groove capstan pulleys for routing. The inclined conductor pulleys feature arc grooves to ensure smooth conductor movement. The capstan pulley grooves utilize V-shaped grooves, with the conductor supporting contact at two points. This ensures conductor roundness while enabling stable, high-speed transmission and precise metering accuracy. This innovation has earned one authorized invention patent.

5.Hydraulic bobbin-loading device mechanism

An innovative hydraulic bobbin-loading mechanism for the twisting machine has been developed. The lifting platform and scissor lift work in tandem to achieve automatic loading and unloading of the alignment reels, eliminating the need for workers to manually lift and load the reels.

In summary, the advantages as follow:

The cage achieves high efficiency—twice that of pipe jigs and four times that of frame jigs.
The support base employs a combination of thrust ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, and cylindrical roller bearings. The thrust ball bearing enhances axial positioning accuracy, while the tapered roller bearing accommodates axial thrust generated during high-speed rotation of the swivel. The free end utilizes a cylindrical roller bearing for high radial load capacity. This combination resolves minor bidirectional oscillation of the swivel support shaft during high-speed operation, improving equipment stability at elevated speeds.
The high-load-capacity bearings in the support base are equipped with thermocouple monitoring for real-time detection of bearing temperature rise during operation. A centralized lubrication system ensures timely and metered grease supply during both equipment operation and maintenance.
The winch plate within the winch assembly employs a new composite material (carbon fiber), reducing winch weight while increasing strength. This minimizes centrifugal forces and wind resistance during high-speed rotation, thereby lowering energy consumption. The wire guide installation within the winch assembly utilizes a rotatable mounting configuration, reducing wear on the guide and extending its service life.
The capstan device's wire-guiding system comprises an independent inclined guide pulley, a 4-groove capstan pulley, and a 5-groove traction pulley. The inclined guide pulley features an arc-shaped groove to ensure smooth wire guidance. The capstan pulley grooves employ a V-shaped design, enabling dual-point contact between the conductor and the groove. This maintains conductor roundness while ensuring high-speed, stable passage and precise meter counting accuracy.

    Do you supply the installation and commissioning?

    Yes, we do as followings:
    -As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
    -No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
    -With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.
    -Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.

    How do you work on the inspection before delivery?

    A
    We will make dynamic balance testing, levelness testing, noise testing, etc. during production.
    After production finished, usually we make no-load running of each machine before delivery. Customers are welcomed to attend the inspection.
