1. Description
The double-pitch double twisting machine adopts 100% back-twist mode and suitable for stranding 2-6 cores ABC overhead cable, control cable or power cable; The main motor, traction capstan (or caterpillar) and take-up device are independently driven by AC induction servo motor.
2.Pitch automatic adjusted
The whole machine adopts HMI+PLC control. Full-automatic dual-twisting stranding machine, it is mainly used for stranding multi-stranded copper wires, tinned wires,enameled wires, copper-clad aluminum wires.
1000 type, 1250 type are also suitable for core wires bunching or laying up small size core wires. JSH double twister with double pitch adopts PLC+HMI system control and preset lay pitch , lay direction and take-up tension. The operation is simple.
3. Application Demonstration
The size of take-up&pay-off can be matched according to customer requirements.
Stranded conductors, copper wire diameter: ≥∅1.5 mm, aluminum wire diameter: ≥∅1.7 mm.
